I'm getting the message, "Please Register First." What's going wrong?

In order to perform this function, you, as a user, must be known to the system (i.e., you must be registered), a one-minute process in which you create a short user record and assign yourself a username and password.

To register, simply go to User Registration. Important: If you have ever registered with a GISTware-supported web site, do not register again as this may separate you from records of previous training and other events.

If you have forgotten your user name or password:

  1. If your email address remains the same from your previous registration, use the Lookup Lost Password feature.
  2. If your email has changed, please call our office for assistance at 310-376-3888 during business hours (California time) or email us at staff@gistware.com.

If you wish to update your user record, you may do so at any time by using the Update User Information link.
