To resolve this problem, go to your "My Learning Program" page, and follow the link for the course that you are receiving the late notices for. The link will take you to a list of modules and due dates. The due dates are listed to the right of each of the module titles. Modules that you have successfully completed will show "(Pass)" as the due date. The course is completed when all of the modules are passed.
If there is still a due date on the module, but you took an assessment on that module, then the assessment you took was an assessment for learning. In order to pass a module you must pass an "Assessment for Record" on that module.
