If you can get to the main page, but you are getting error messages when you try to log on, your problem can usually be identified by the error message.
If you receive the message, "You must register first," it is an indication that the username and password combination that you entered is not valid. If you are registered, check to make sure that your caps lock is not set, and that you typed the password in the correct case. If you are unsure, you can use the "Lookup Lost Password" feature to retrieve your password. If you are not registered, you should register.
If you receive the error message "You need a subscription to access this page," you have registered and logged in correctly, but you are trying to access something that requires a subscription. Typically, this problem occurs when users are trying to get access as part of a corporate subscription, but have not been associated with the corprorate subscription. To request association with an organization, follow the "Request Association with Organization" link on the mainpage. Individual users should use the subscription request form.
The message "Error in Form" indicates that you have submitted data to the server, but that one or more of the values were invalid. The error message should also indicate which data is causing the problem. Use the browser's back button to go back to the form, and correct the problem, then re-submit the form.
The message "Permission Denied" indicates that you are not authorized to view the page, or perform the actions that you requested.
The message "This page cannot be displayed" usually indicates that you are using Internet Explorer, and have "Show friendly http error messages" active. Turn off "Show friendly http error messages" under Tools->Internet Options->Advanced in the IE menus, and try again.
